Anhui Jinyan Kaolin New Materials Co., Ltd. (Jinyan Kaolin) announced a voluntary suspension of trading in its Domestic Shares on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) starting Monday, 21 September 2026.
The halt follows the company’s earlier disclosure on 27 August 2026 and the related circular issued on 3 September 2026 regarding its plan to delist Domestic Shares from the NEEQ. Management cited the need to “ensure the fairness of information disclosure, protect investor interests and avoid unusual share-price fluctuations” during the delisting process.
The suspension applies only to the company’s Domestic Shares quoted on the NEEQ; trading of its H Shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong remains unaffected. Jinyan Kaolin stated that it will “actively advance” the delisting procedure and continue to meet all regulatory reporting requirements.
Investors are advised to monitor company disclosures as the delisting progresses. The board is chaired by Zhang Kuang, who also serves as an executive director, alongside seven other board members comprising executive, non-executive and independent non-executive directors.
