Zhou Hei Ya International Holdings Company Limited disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 303,000 ordinary shares on 28 September 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 1.04 to HKD 1.10, for a total consideration of HKD 0.32 million (average HKD 1.06 per share).
Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 11.83 million shares since the current mandate was approved on 10 June 2026, representing 0.56 % of the shares in issue on the mandate date. The mandate permits repurchases of up to 211.29 million shares, leaving 199.46 million shares (94.1 % of the limit) still available.
All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation and have not yet been removed from the share capital register. Consequently, Zhou Hei Ya’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.08 billion ordinary shares as of 28 September 2026.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares following the latest repurchase, ending on 28 October 2026.
