UBOX ONLINE Repurchases 82,500 H-Shares; Treasury Stock Climbs to 9.87 Million

Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. (UBOX ONLINE) disclosed that it repurchased 82,500 H-class ordinary shares on 24 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD 1.70 and HKD 1.80, for a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.73 per share. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.14 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.0084% to 977.31 million. • Treasury shares rose to 9.87 million. • Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 987.18 million shares.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 28 May 2026 permitting repurchases of up to 94.65 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 9.87 million shares under this authority, utilising 1.04% of the approved limit.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), UBOX ONLINE is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026.
