KINDSTAR GLOBAL Executes HKD 55,566 Share Buyback; Treasury Shares Rise to 9.28 Million

Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. (KINDSTAR GLOBAL) disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on 21 September 2026 via open-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Deal specifics: Shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 0.91 to HKD 0.945, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 0.93 per share and an aggregate consideration of HKD 55,566.

• Capital structure impact: – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0058% to 1.03 billion. – Treasury shares increased from 9.22 million to 9.28 million. – Total issued shares, including treasury shares, remained unchanged at 1.04 billion.

• Repurchase mandate utilisation: – The current general mandate, approved on 5 June 2026, authorises buybacks of up to 103.43 million shares. – Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.22 million shares, equivalent to 0.21% of the company’s issued share base on the mandate date.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, KINDSTAR GLOBAL is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 21 October 2026.

The repurchased shares are retained as treasury stock; no cancellations were executed as of the disclosure date. All transactions complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, and no changes were made to the previously filed explanatory statement dated 24 April 2026.
