Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced on Sep, 24 2026 that it has priced 75 million Singapore dollars of 5.00% notes due 2031, designated as Series 006, under its 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme. DBS Bank acts as the sole dealer and rating adviser for the issue.
The notes, offered to institutional and accredited investors in Singapore, will be issued at par in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars. Settlement is expected on Oct, 6 2026, with semi-annual coupon payments until maturity on Oct, 6 2031.
Moody’s assigned a provisional (P)Ba1 rating to the programme and a Ba1 rating to the Series 006 notes. The company plans to use the net proceeds mainly to refinance outstanding notes and for general corporate purposes, including investments, acquisitions, expansion, working capital and capital expenditure.
Application has been filed to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange, with trading expected to begin on Oct, 7 2026. Approximately 28% of the issue has been allocated to controlling shareholders, interested persons and directors of the company.
Under the terms of the Series 006 notes, a Change of Shareholding Event—defined as the founding Koh family’s aggregate stake falling below 50%—would give noteholders the option to require early redemption of their holdings.
