Innocare Pharma Limited (688428.SH) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing InnoCare Pharma Tech Co., Ltd., has entered into a research collaboration and exclusive license agreement with Eli Lilly and Company. The partnership is centered on strategic joint efforts in innovative drug development, leveraging Innocare's proprietary drug discovery platform and extensive research expertise to identify and advance up to five novel target programs aimed at addressing significant unmet clinical needs.

Under the terms of the agreement, Eli Lilly will provide Innocare with upfront and near-term milestone payments of up to $100 million. The total potential research, development, and commercialization milestone payments could reach approximately $3.25 billion, with all payments contingent upon meeting applicable conditions and associated milestone requirements. Additionally, Innocare is entitled to receive tiered royalties in the low single-digit percentage range based on annual net sales of licensed products.

This agreement enables Innocare to utilize its research platform in collaboration with Eli Lilly to develop innovative therapeutics, offering high-quality treatment options for patients worldwide.
