Luxvisions Innovation Technology Corp. Limited (formerly known as Guangzhou Luxvisions Innovation Technology Limited) acquired 1.82 million shares of COWELL (01415) on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 22.5 per share on September 11, 2026, involving about HKD 40.88 million. According to the supplementary information, the company itself repurchased 1,817,000 ordinary shares on the same day under a general mandate and held them as treasury shares, which contributed to the percentage increase.
Prior to the acquisition, Luxvisions Innovation Technology Corp. Limited’s long position in COWELL was 607.46 million shares, representing 69.98%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 609.27 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 70.03%.
