RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd repurchased 185,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026 through on-market transactions at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying between HK$16.01 and HK$16.20 per share. The aggregate consideration totalled approximately HK$2.97 million.

The repurchase reduced the company’s outstanding share count by 0.03929%, from 470.88 million to 470.70 million shares (excluding treasury shares). RoboSense’s treasury stock consequently increased from 13.59 million to 13.77 million shares, while total issued shares remained steady at 484.47 million.

These transactions form part of the repurchase mandate granted on 18 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 47.22 million shares. To date, RoboSense has repurchased 1.50 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.32% of the issued share capital at the time of authorisation.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026. All shares bought back on 24 September 2026 have been retained as treasury shares, with none cancelled to date.
