JOY SPREADER (06988) has announced that Mr. Fang Hongwei has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director due to other business commitments, effective from September 30, 2026.
Following his resignation as an independent non-executive director, Mr. Fang Hongwei will also cease to serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee and a member of the company's nomination committee.
Mr. Liu Dongyi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the nomination committee, effective from September 30, 2026.
