On 22 September 2026, NEUTECH Group Limited released both the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report on the company’s website (https://www.neutech.com.cn) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed report enclosed with the notification letter. Shareholders preferring printed materials—or encountering difficulties accessing electronic copies—can request hard-copy delivery at no cost by completing and returning the attached Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing 9616-ecom@vistra.com.

NEUTECH underscores that maintaining a valid email address with the registrar is each shareholder’s responsibility. Without an operational email address on file, shareholders will receive only physical notices of publication and actionable corporate communications until an updated address is provided.
