YuanShengTai Dairy Farm Limited (YST DAIRY) announced on 29 September 2026 that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company (www.ystdfarm.com / www.ystdairyfarm.com).

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which expanded the paperless listing framework effective 31 December 2023, YST DAIRY confirmed it has formally adopted an electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications—covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and related documents. Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic communications must provide their email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Stakeholders encountering difficulties accessing online documents, or those preferring hard-copy materials, can request free printed versions by contacting the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email (ysth.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or post (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong).

Investor enquiries may be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
