Persistence Gold Posts Steady Share Capital, Confirms Adequate Public Float in September 2026 Update

Hong Kong—Persistence Gold Group Ltd (Persistence Gold) reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million. Issued share capital closed the month unchanged at 2.40 billion shares, of which 2.40 billion are outstanding and 0.57 million are held as treasury shares.

Public float compliance was reconfirmed, with the free‐float level meeting the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold as of 30 September 2026.

Share-based incentives also showed stability. Under the option scheme adopted on 30 November 2023, 20.00 million options (exercise price: HKD 1.50) were outstanding at month-end, with no options exercised and no treasury shares transferred. Up to 180.00 million additional shares remain available for future grants.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuance arrangements during the period, and no funds were raised through option exercises.

The filing was authorised by Director Shao Xuxin, who confirmed compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
