Del Monte Pacific Limited said it has obtained regulatory approvals to postpone key FY2026 corporate filings, including its annual general meeting (AGM), annual report and sustainability report.
The company disclosed that Singapore Exchange Regulation on Aug, 3 2026 granted waivers allowing Del Monte Pacific to: • hold its FY2026 AGM no later than Dec, 22 2026, and • publish its FY2026 sustainability report by Nov, 30 2026.
Separately, the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission approved the firm’s request on Sep, 15 2026 to file its FY2026 annual report by Nov, 30 2026, beyond the usual 105-day deadline.
Del Monte Pacific cited the need for additional time to complete its audit, which depends on securing interim financing arrangements from multiple counterparties and finishing third-party valuation work for Del Monte Foods Holdings Limited. The company added that finalising audited figures is necessary before releasing its sustainability report.
The board confirmed that all SGX waiver conditions, including disclosure requirements and the Philippine SEC approval, have been satisfied. Del Monte Pacific said it will update shareholders on further developments via SGX-Net.
