On September 23, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. disposed of 2.33 million shares of WUXI APPTEC (02359) off-exchange at an average of HKD 208.0329 per share, involving about HKD 484.25 million. The disposal was an off-exchange cash transaction representing a release of the security interest previously held in the shares and is not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in WUXI APPTEC was 52.86 million shares, representing 9.43%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 50.53 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 8.99%.
