Cherish Sun (01094) has announced that Crowe (HK) CPA Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from September 29, 2026.

The resignation was due to the company's intention, for corporate governance reasons, not to engage Crowe to audit the group's consolidated financial statements for the eighteen months ended September 30, 2026 (the 2026 audit), and Crowe agreed to resign on these grounds.

Following a recommendation by the audit committee, the board has proposed the appointment of Gaoling Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor, to hold office until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the company.
