On 16 September 2026, Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (GW Tiandi) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company’s website (www.gwtd.com.hk) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board confirmed that GW Tiandi has transitioned to full electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, which embraces the expanded paperless regime that took effect on 31 December 2023. Documents covered include directors’ reports, audited financial statements, interim and annual reports (or their summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Registered shareholders are encouraged to submit a functional email address—either by scanning a personalized QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—to receive prompt electronic notifications. Until an email address is provided, shareholders will need to monitor the company’s and HKExnews websites for newly released documents; only actionable corporate communications will be sent in hard copy during this period.
