On-market share repurchase • On 23 September 2026, Xiaomi repurchased 2.378 million Class B shares for cancellation. • Purchase price range: HKD 26.18–26.34 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 26.24. • Aggregate consideration: HKD 62.40 million. • The buyback equates to roughly 0.009% of the outstanding Class B share count.

Repurchase mandate utilisation • The current buyback falls under the mandate approved on 2 June 2026, which authorises repurchase of up to 2.58 billion shares. • Cumulative repurchases since the mandate total 122.67 million shares, representing 0.47% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. • In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Xiaomi is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, ending on 23 October 2026.

Capital structure snapshot • Total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) on 22 September 2026: 25.76 billion, comprising 4.43 billion Class A and 21.33 billion Class B shares. • Following the latest transactions, 25.76 billion shares remain outstanding, pending cancellation of repurchased shares disclosed between July and September 2026.
