• Capital structure intact: As of 29 September 2026, the issuer maintains 557.33 million Class A ordinary shares and 206.10 million Class B ordinary shares, for an unchanged total of 763.43 million shares on issue.

• Ongoing repurchases: Between 12 August and 29 September 2026, the company executed 34 on-market buybacks on the New York Stock Exchange, acquiring 10.55 million American depositary shares (ADSs)—each representing one Class A ordinary share—which have yet to be cancelled. This volume equals roughly 1.38 % of total shares outstanding.

• Latest transaction: On 29 September 2026, ZTO Express repurchased 361,731 ADSs at prices ranging from USD 19.35 to USD 19.61, spending USD 7.07 million.

• Aggregate spend: Based on disclosed prices and volumes, the cumulative consideration for the 10.55 million ADSs bought since 12 August is approximately USD 219.72 million, implying an average purchase price of about USD 20.83 per ADS.
