TANWAN Inc., a Cayman-incorporated issuer listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, disclosed a share buyback completed on 28 September 2026. The company repurchased 50,000 ordinary shares on-market at prices ranging from HK$9.12 to HK$9.46 per share, representing a volume-weighted average cost of HK$9.27. The transaction totalled HK$0.46 million.

Following the repurchase, TANWAN’s treasury share balance increased from 16.41 million to 16.46 million shares. Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) declined by 0.01% to 517.98 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 534.44 million.

The buyback forms part of the authority granted by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which permits TANWAN to repurchase up to 52.12 million shares. To date, the company has executed repurchases amounting to 3.25 million shares, equivalent to 0.62% of the issued share base at the time the mandate was approved, leaving a remaining capacity of 48.88 million shares under the current authorisation.

All 50,000 shares acquired on 28 September are being held as treasury stock; none were cancelled. Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, TANWAN is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026.
