Tiange Interactive Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 40,000 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The repurchase price ranged from HK$0.61 to HK$0.615 per share, resulting in a total cash outlay of approximately HK$24,560.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.00362% to 1.10576 billion shares. Treasury shares increased to 3.63 million, while the total number of issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 1.10939 billion.

The buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which permits Tiange Interactive to repurchase up to 110.94 million shares. To date, the company has repurchased 3.63 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.33% of the issued share count on the mandate’s approval date. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Tiange Interactive is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026.

Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant listing rules, regulatory requirements and board authorisations.
