Hong Kong – Xiaomi-W (Xiaomi Corporation) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 29 September 2026 detailing simultaneous share issuance and buy-back activity.
New Issues • Between 28–29 September 2026 the company allotted a total of 34.38 million weighted-voting right (WVR) Class B ordinary shares under employee incentive plans: – 80,000 shares at HKD 1.08 each on 28 September. – 50,200 shares at HKD 2.70 each on 29 September. – 24.24 million shares under the 2023 Share Scheme at nil consideration on 29 September. – 10.01 million shares under the Share Award Scheme at nil consideration on 29 September.
These issuances expanded the company’s total share capital by 0.13% versus the 25 September base of 25.76 billion shares. Class B shares outstanding rose from 21.33 billion to 21.37 billion.
Share Repurchases • On 29 September 2026 Xiaomi-W bought back 1.00 million Class B shares on the Exchange at HKD 25.14–25.20 per share, spending HKD 25.18 million. • Under the repurchase mandate approved on 2 June 2026 (authorising up to 2.58 billion shares), cumulative on-market repurchases have reached 125.60 million shares, equivalent to 0.49% of the share base on the mandate date. • As of 29 September, 41.98 million repurchased shares remain outstanding pending cancellation. • In accordance with HKEX rules, Xiaomi-W is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 29 October 2026.
Capital Base Following the latest transactions, Xiaomi-W’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) comprises approximately 25.79 billion shares: 4.43 billion Class A ordinary shares and 21.37 billion Class B WVR ordinary shares.
