Shanghai Stock Exchange Accepts Dongxing Securities' Voluntary Delisting Application

Dongxing Securities Corporation Limited (SH: 601198) has announced that, in accordance with Article 9.7.1, Paragraph 1, Item (6) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Stock Listing Rules (April 2026 Revision) and other applicable business regulations, the company submitted an application on September 18, 2026, for the voluntary delisting of its A-shares. On September 23, 2026, the exchange issued a formal notice (Shanghai Stock Exchange Letter [2026] No. 3128) confirming acceptance of the application.

According to the notification, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to proceed with the review of the company's voluntary delisting request. This marks a significant step in the company's planned exit from the A-share market.
