Accelevation Holdings Prices IPO Below Range at $18 Per Share, Raising $540 Million

Accelevation Holdings (ACCV.US), a maker of data center power distribution and infrastructure products, has unveiled the terms of its initial public offering, pricing 30 million shares at $18 each, with 67% of those shares being secondary offerings, to raise $540 million, according to a disclosure.

The offering price came in below the previously marketed range of $20 to $24 per share.

The company manufactures and installs power distribution and white space infrastructure inside data centers. Its products and services include branch circuit cabling, remote power panels, PDUs and related monitoring, thermal management, and the integration of on-site installations into factory-prefabricated packaged solutions. The company generates revenue through product sales as well as installation and field services performed at customer sites.

Its customer base spans hyperscale, colocation, AI, and cloud operators. In 2025, the company's revenue grew 147%, and as of June 30, 2026, it held an order backlog of approximately $1.1 billion.

Private equity firm Olympus Partners has controlled the business since early 2025 and will retain a majority voting stake following the offering. The company, headquartered in Miamisburg, Ohio, will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol ACCV.

Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, BofA Securities, Houlihan Lokey, Baird, William Blair, Piper Sandler, WR Securities, and Nomura acted as joint book-running managers for the transaction.
