Prudential Plc announced the details of its 2026 first interim dividend, declaring a payout of 8.88 US cents per ordinary share.

Hong Kong–registered shareholders will automatically receive the cash dividend in Hong Kong dollars unless they have previously elected to receive it in US dollars or in fully paid new ordinary shares through the Evergreen Scrip Dividend Scheme.

Eligible investors wishing to change their existing instructions can elect to: 1. receive the dividend and all future dividends in fully paid new ordinary shares under the Evergreen Scrip Dividend Scheme, 2. receive the dividend and all future dividends in US dollars, or 3. revoke any prior election and receive the dividend and all future cash dividends in Hong Kong dollars.

Completed dividend mandate forms must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Oct, 2 2026. Existing elections remain valid unless amended by the shareholder before the deadline.
