MaxWin International Holdings Releases 2026 Interim Report and Shifts to Full Electronic Communication

MaxWin International Holdings Limited announced on 24 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.inzign.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive hard copies are receiving the printed versions by mail at no cost.

In line with amended GEM Listing Rule 16.04A, MaxWin will discontinue routine mailing of printed corporate communications and adopt an electronic-only dissemination model for all future documents, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Key operational details are as follows:

1. Distribution Channel • All corporate communications will be posted simultaneously on the company and HKEXnews websites. • Shareholders preferring electronic notifications should register a functional email address. This can be done by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

2. Printed Copies—Opt-In Basis • Shareholders who wish to continue receiving printed materials must submit the reply form or email IAG.ecom@computershare.com.hk, indicating their name, address and request. • Each opt-in instruction will remain valid for one year from the receipt date, after which a new request will be required.

3. Contingency Arrangements • Until a valid email address is provided, shareholders will not receive electronic notifications and must proactively check the designated websites for new publications. • Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder voting or election—will still be mailed in hard copy where no email address is on record.

For further enquiries, shareholders may contact the Hong Kong share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The board is chaired by Executive Director Phua Swee Hoe.
