PICC Group Maintains Stable Share Structure in September 2026; Public Float Fully Compliant

PICC Group (People’s Insurance Company (Group) of China Limited) reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Total authorised (registered) capital remained at RMB 44.22 billion, unchanged from the previous month. This comprises: • H Shares: 8.73 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each, equal to RMB 8.73 billion. • A Shares: 35.50 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each, equal to RMB 35.50 billion.

Issued share capital likewise showed no movement: • H Shares listed in Hong Kong (stock code 01339) stood at 8.73 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. • A Shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 601319) totalled 35.50 billion shares, also with no treasury shares.

PICC Group confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 5% for its H-share class as at 30 September 2026.

The company reported no share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments outstanding or exercised during the month, and no repurchases or cancellations were undertaken.

The filing, signed by Company Secretary Ng Sau Mei, affirms that all regulatory and listing obligations were met throughout the period.
