Mobvista Inc. reported a repurchase of 380,000 ordinary shares on 28 September 2026 under its Hong Kong-listed buyback mandate, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The on-market transaction was executed at prices ranging from HKD 12.55 to HKD 12.66 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase cost of HKD 12.62 per share and an aggregate cash outlay of HKD 4.80 million.

Key post-transaction share metrics:

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.02% to 1.70 billion. • Treasury shares increased from 7.91 million to 8.29 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.71 billion, as the repurchased stock was retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 12 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 162.16 million shares. Including the latest transaction, Mobvista has repurchased 8.29 million shares to date, equivalent to 0.51% of the company’s issued share capital at the time the mandate was granted.

In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Mobvista is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 28 October 2026.
