COSCO SHIPPING International (Singapore) Co., Ltd. said construction of Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II has reached about 85% completion as of Sep, 21 2026.

Key works continue to advance, including installation of the windshield system and super-flat flooring. Windows and louvres for Levels 1 to 3 are fully installed, and the Level 1 driveway along with all gate entrances are in place.

Demolition of the existing Phase I building wall to connect with Phase II is nearly finished, with Level 7 about 85% done and overall demolition at roughly 95%.

The company is coordinating with the main contractor and vendors to keep construction and integration works on schedule and is working toward securing the Temporary Occupation Permit. Further updates will be released when material developments occur.
