ENN ENERGY: Baoju Zhao Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 35.2%

On September 25, 2026, Baoju Zhao acquired 78,000 shares of ENN ENERGY (02688) at an average of HKD 48.1634 per share in an off-exchange transaction, involving approximately HKD 3.76 million. The acquisition was made through Xinneng (Hong Kong) Energy Investment Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, representing about 0.007% of the issued shares. As an off-market trade, it was not matched on the SEHK open market and is not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, Baoju Zhao's long position in ENN ENERGY was 398.30 million shares, representing 35.19%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 398.38 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 35.2%.
