This year, the federation conducted its 28th large-scale survey of private enterprises, which included 6,350 companies with annual revenues exceeding 1 billion yuan in 2025. The top 500 companies by revenue were designated as the "2026 China's Top 500 Private Enterprises." According to the survey findings, the total revenue of these 500 private firms reached 44.93 trillion yuan, with an average of 89.851 billion yuan per company, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 4.35%. Their combined net profit stood at 1.83 trillion yuan, averaging 3.652 billion yuan per company, up 1.31% from the previous year. Additionally, the total tax contribution amounted to 1.30 trillion yuan, with 254 companies paying over 1 billion yuan in taxes, accounting for 50.80% of the top 500 list.
