On September 16, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 1.02 million H shares of SANY HEAVY IND (the Company) by way of taking a security interest in shares at an average of HKD 18.2164 per share, involving approximately HKD 18.50 million. This was an off-exchange transaction with consideration in cash, not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s long position in SANY HEAVY IND was 86.28 million shares, representing 11.97%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 87.29 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 12.11%.
