Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. released a Next Day Disclosure Return outlining recent activity under its Hong Kong share repurchase mandate.

Key disclosures 1. Share Capital Stability: The company’s issued H-share capital remained at 2.85 billion shares as of 24 September 2026, unchanged from the previous day’s closing balance. No new shares were issued and no treasury shares were cancelled during the period under review.

2. Ongoing Buy-back Programme: • Between 9 and 24 September 2026, Haier Smart Home repurchased 4.55 million H-shares for cancellation, equivalent to 0.16% of the company’s issued H-share capital as at the mandate date (24 June 2026). • Daily buy-backs ranged from 250,000 to 600,000 shares, executed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at prices between HKD 19.71 and HKD 21.08 per share. • On 24 September 2026 alone, 250,000 shares were repurchased at prices between HKD 19.92 and HKD 20.04, for a total consideration of HKD 4.99 million. • All 4.55 million repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and remain uncancelled as at the reporting date.

3. Repurchase Capacity: • The current mandate, approved on 24 June 2026, authorises buy-backs of up to 285.36 million shares. • Shares repurchased to date represent approximately 1.60% of the authorised limit, leaving significant headroom for further activity.

4. Post-Repurchase Restrictions: Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Haier Smart Home is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the latest repurchase, setting a moratorium period that extends to 24 October 2026.

All repurchase transactions were conducted in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, and the board has confirmed receipt of all funds related to these transactions.
