On 24 September 2026, China Resources Beverage (Holdings) Company Limited (CR Beverage) announced that the Chinese and English versions of its Interim Report 2026 have been posted on both the company website (www.crbeverage.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

CR Beverage is urging all registered shareholders to access the online version of the report and all future corporate communications. Shareholders who experience difficulty with email notifications or online access may request free printed copies by completing and returning a reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 2460-ecom@vistra.com.

To streamline future dissemination, the company will distribute corporate and actionable communications exclusively by electronic means once a valid email address is on file. Shareholders who have not yet supplied a functional email address are encouraged to do so via the same reply form. Until an email address is provided, CR Beverage will continue to send printed notices of online publication.
