According to Woofun AI, blockchain infrastructure firm Bitmine Immersion announced on September 28 that its ETH reserves have officially surpassed the 6 million mark, signaling a new phase in the company's enterprise-level crypto asset allocation.

Woofun AI compiled data showing that as of September 27, the company's balance sheet recorded a total of 6,001,302 ETH, accounting for approximately 4.9% of the network's 122.1 million circulating supply. In the most recent week alone, acquisitions added 17,362 ETH, pushing the total value of its assets—including digital assets, cash, and marketable securities—to $17.2 billion.

This scale places it ahead of numerous competitors, making it the world's second-largest cryptocurrency reserve holder after MicroStrategy (MSTR.US). Since launching its systematic purchase program on June 30, 2025, its weekly dollar-cost-averaging strategy has remained in effect, with 5.07 million ETH deployed for network validation. Based on market prices at the end of that week, this staked portion is valued at approximately $13.7 billion.

On the financial returns and capital markets front, BITMINE IMMERSION TECHNOLOGIES INC (BMNR) projects that at its current operating pace, annual yield from staked assets could reach $358 million, with an annualized yield of 2.62% calculated on the past seven days of data; should the full reserve be deployed, annual earnings could rise to $424 million. On the capital markets side, the entity represented by its New York Stock Exchange ticker BMNR and its Series A preferred stock ticker BMNP was added to the Russell 1000 large-cap index on June 26, 2026.

Data shows that in the third quarter of 2026, ETH outperformed the S&P 500 index by 6,728 basis points, which management attributes to rising institutional adoption and capital flows toward decentralized yield-generating products. On the strategic outlook, Bitmine board chairman Thomas Lee will attend the Korea Blockchain Week conference in Seoul on September 30, 2026, and deliver a public speech. He will elaborate on the company's long-term asset strategy, a move that signals crypto-native firms are further consolidating their legitimacy and influence within the traditional financial system through standardized disclosure and index inclusion.
