A new senior care facility, the Jiazhou Senior Care Service Center, has officially opened its doors for tours in the central urban area. As a key livelihood project developed by Xingjia Group to expand its health and wellness operations, this center marks a significant step in strengthening the district's elderly care framework and enhancing the supply of social services.

Located in Huangjin Village, Shuikou Town, the center spans approximately 9,667 square meters and is designed to offer 109 senior care beds within a scenic, garden-like setting. The entire facility has been meticulously retrofitted to meet senior-friendly standards, featuring dedicated areas for rehabilitation therapy and cultural activities. It operates a comprehensive medical-care integration model that includes 24-hour emergency response, specialist consultations, and a two-way referral system, catering to the full spectrum of needs for self-sufficient, semi-disabled, and fully disabled seniors—from daily living assistance and chronic disease management to rehabilitation and mental wellness.

As a professionally managed, state-owned direct-operated institution, the Jiazhou Senior Care Service Center prides itself on transparent pricing and an affordable, high-value care model. A shared double room is available for a minimum monthly fee of just 2,600 yuan per person. All staff, including nurses, caregivers, and physiotherapists, are fully certified, providing tiered and meticulous care for seniors with varying levels of independence and cognitive health. The center offers nutritious daily meals and a wide range of on-site recreational activities, alongside unique features such as loquat tree adoption and private vegetable garden plots, ensuring residents can enjoy a healthy, comfortable, and fulfilling retirement.

On its opening day, the facility attracted numerous visitors for on-site tours, with staff providing one-on-one detailed explanations about the complex's amenities, service models, and fee structures. To enhance convenience, the center also launched a live-streamed "cloud tour," allowing the public to explore the entire facility from home and get their questions answered online in real time.

Developed by JiaKang Medical Company, a subsidiary of Xingjia Group, the center operates under a model that blends public welfare objectives with market vitality. This approach aims to effectively utilize local elderly care resources and invigorate the health industry. With the launch of this new center, JiaKang Medical Company is committed to a path of professional growth, deeply engaging in the "silver economy" and proactively supporting the "one old, one young" basic security system to further improve the quality and efficiency of livelihood services.

Xingjia Group has reiterated its dedication to deepening state-owned enterprise reforms, channeling resources toward its core business to expand and strengthen its senior care services. The ultimate objective is to establish a regional benchmark for public elderly care and transform tangible reform outcomes into improved well-being that residents can directly see and feel.
