COWELL (01415) has announced that on September 28, 2026, it spent HK$10.8217 million to repurchase 500,000 shares.
In addition, 5,000 ordinary shares were allotted and issued upon the exercise of share options granted under the company's share option scheme, which was adopted on May 5, 2021.
