From the heat of summer into the cool of autumn! On September 28, the "Easy Station — Panda Route Book Camera Drift Plan Photo Exhibition" officially opened at McDonald's (Chengdu People's Park branch). The exhibition showcased heartwarming everyday moments captured by residents, including a puppy encountered on the street, smiles from friends gathering together, and photos of tourists posing with panda sculptures, becoming a "public welfare cultural landmark" for residents to visit and bringing the first phase of "Easy Station" to a successful conclusion.

As the finale of the first phase of "Easy Station," this photo exhibition is the results showcase of the "Panda Route Book Camera Drift" plan. Since the activity launched, residents received exclusive cameras and captured the beauty of the city at McDonald's restaurants and surrounding areas, ultimately bringing the stories behind their lenses together into an exhibition. The exhibition not only provided residents with a "public welfare cultural landmark" for photos and check-ins, but also deeply integrated public welfare services with urban memories, marking an important step in "Easy Station's" upgrade from a "service space" to a "cultural space."

Since its launch on August 12, the first phase of "Easy Station" has focused on the theme of "cooling off in summer," relying on more than 290 McDonald's restaurants in Sichuan to bring a month of summer care to people across the province. Through an innovative model of "media + business + public welfare," the project combined the content service advantages of mainstream media with the scene and traffic advantages of commercial spaces, opening up the "last mile" of public services and turning McDonald's restaurants into new public service micro-fronts integrating "ideological recharge, direct government services, and themed public welfare."

In one month since going online, "Easy Station" served more than 160,000 people in total both online and offline. In more than 290 McDonald's restaurants, dedicated service corners provided basic services such as free cold water, shaded rest areas, and emergency phone charging for outdoor workers, tourists visiting Sichuan, primary and secondary school students, and other groups. The first phase not only provided practical services, but also, through cultural interactions such as the "camera drift" and "photo exhibition," upgraded public welfare services from "functional" to "emotional." While enjoying the cool comfort, residents also became recorders and spreaders of urban stories, making "Easy Station" a warm link connecting people and the city.

From a "cooling station" on summer streets to a "cultural station" through the lens, "Easy Station" uses lightweight design and diversified activities to integrate public welfare services into everyday city life, becoming a vivid practice of public service innovation in Sichuan. In the next stage, more public welfare services and interactive activities will be launched around new themes, making the warmth of public welfare within reach and injecting more "ease" into the city.
