The board recommends shareholders and investors access the electronic version to expedite review and support environmental objectives. Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties with email alerts or online access can request physical copies of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. To do so, they must complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests are accepted by post—using the provided prepaid mailing label for domestic submissions—or via email at 1225-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery of corporate communications should provide a functional email address to their broker, bank, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of future publication notices. Until an email address is recorded, the company will continue to send print notices of online publication.
