Rokae Robotics (Rokae (Shandong) Robotics Group Inc.) has announced a transition to predominantly electronic distribution of its future corporate communications, effective 22 September 2026. The move aligns with Rule 2.07A(1) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s articles of association.

Under the new framework:

• Actionable Corporate Communications—including documents requiring shareholder instructions or elections—will be sent individually by email. Shareholders without a registered or functional email address will receive printed copies together with a form to submit an updated email.

• Routine Corporate Communications such as annual, interim and quarterly reports, circulars, meeting notices and proxy forms will be posted in both English and Chinese on the company website (https://www.rokae.com) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate hard-copy notification of each posting will be issued.

• Shareholders are encouraged to register a valid email address via an online form accessible through the company’s QR code before 22 October 2026, or by notifying the H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, in writing or by email at 3752-ecom@vistra.com.

• Printed copies of any corporate communication will remain available free of charge upon written or emailed request to the registrar. Such requests will remain effective until the end of the following financial year unless revoked or renewed.
