Kintor Pharmaceutical Limited reported a senior management reshuffle effective 21 September 2026. Mr. Ming Ming Cheung resigned from his roles as Chief Financial Officer, joint company secretary and Process Agent to pursue personal career plans. The Board stated that his departure is not expected to have a material adverse impact on the Group’s financial operations. Mr. Wai Chiu Wong, previously serving alongside Mr. Cheung, will remain as the sole company secretary.
Concurrently, the Board appointed Mr. Joseph H J Cheng as the new Chief Financial Officer. Aged 48, Mr. Cheng brings more than 20 years of experience in global capital markets, corporate finance and strategic management. His prior roles include Partner at TH Capital (2024–2026), independent financial advisor to multiple pre-IPO companies (2015–2024), Head of Investor Relations at 21Vianet (2011–2015), co-founder of Cooffer (2007–2011) and trader positions at Compagnie Financière Tradition and Bank of America (2003–2007). Mr. Cheng holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University (2002) and an MBA from the University of Maryland (2010). He will oversee capital markets, international business, financial planning, investment, internal control, investor relations and public relations for the Group.
In addition, Ms. Lin Sio Ngo has been appointed as the new Process Agent, replacing Mr. Cheung, with effect from 21 September 2026.
The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Cheung’s contributions and extended a welcome to both Mr. Cheng and Ms. Lin in their new roles.
