NETJOY has announced that Mr. Bao Xiaofeng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee, effective September 21, 2026.

In a move to optimize the board composition and further enhance the company's corporate governance framework, Mr. Xu Jiaqing has been redesignated from executive director to non-executive director, also effective September 21, 2026. Mr. Xu will continue to serve as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and authorized representative of the company, but will step down from his roles as vice president and chief marketing officer on the same date.

Executive director Mr. Dai Liqun has been appointed as chief executive officer of the company, effective September 21, 2026. Mr. Dai will retain his position as executive director.
