On September 18, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. acquired 7.96 million H shares of GWMOTOR (02333) by way of taking a security interest in shares. The transaction was executed off-exchange with consideration of non-cash assets, and thus not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, BlackRock, Inc.'s long position in GWMOTOR was 251.05 million shares, representing 10.83%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 259.00 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 11.17%.
