Singapore Exchange (S68) will convene its twenty-seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) in a fully physical format at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Level 3, Jasmine Ballroom, Singapore, on Oct, 23 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Singapore time. Shareholders will not be offered a virtual attendance option.

Ahead of the AGM, management will host an in-person Question & Answer session from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the same day in the Jasmine Junior Ballroom, with registration opening at 8:00 a.m.

Printed copies of the Notice of AGM and proxy form will be mailed to shareholders who have not enrolled for the company’s Electronic Service; digital versions are available on the company’s website and SGXNet.

Key deadlines include: • Oct, 08 2026 – Last day for eligible shareholders to request printed copies of the Annual Report 2026 and the Letter to Shareholders. • Oct, 09 2026 at 5:00 p.m. – Cut-off for submitting questions in advance of the AGM. • Oct, 13 2026 at 5:00 p.m. – CPFIS and SRS investors must submit voting instructions to appoint the AGM chairman as proxy. • Oct, 20 2026 at 10:30 a.m. – Deadline for lodging proxy forms.

Subject to shareholder approval of the final tax-exempt dividend and a one-off additional tax-exempt dividend for FY2026, the record date is set for Nov, 02 2026 at 5:00 p.m., with payment scheduled on Nov, 10 2026.

Shareholders, including CPF Investment Scheme (CPFIS) and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) investors, may attend, speak and vote in person or via appointed proxies, except that CPFIS and SRS investors cannot appoint third-party proxies other than the AGM chairman.

The company will publish responses to substantial and relevant pre-submitted questions on Oct, 16 2026 before trading hours.
