BOE Varitronix Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report has been released in both English and Chinese and is now available on the company’s website (www.boevx.com) as well as the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board highlighted the following operational arrangements:

• Electronic-first approach: In line with the expanded paperless regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, all future corporate communications—including annual reports, interim reports, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically. Printed versions will only be sent to shareholders upon request at no cost.

• Shareholder actions: Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive printed materials must complete and return the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited or email BOEVaritronix.ecom@computershare.com.hk. If shareholders do not provide a functional email address via their intermediaries, they may not receive electronic publication notifications until one is supplied.

• Contact details: Enquiries regarding corporate communications should be directed to the Hong Kong share registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or via the email address above.

Chairman Su Ning signed the notice on behalf of the board on 23 September 2026, reiterating the company’s commitment to timely and cost-effective information disclosure under the new digital-first framework.
