PAGODA GP: Yanlin Xu Acquires, Long Position Rises to 38.7%

On September 24, 2026, PAGODA GP repurchased 880,000 H shares to be held as treasury shares. Yanlin Xu's spouse, Yu Huiyong, controls over one-third of the voting rights at the company's general meetings, resulting in a deemed interest in those treasury shares for Yanlin Xu, thereby increasing her long position. This increase is not a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Yanlin Xu's long position in PAGODA GP was 773.42 million shares, representing 38.66%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 774.30 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 38.7%.
