CBK Holdings Limited released its latest quarterly update on business operations and progress toward share-trading resumption. All outstanding financial statements required under GEM Listing Rules have now been published: FY2025 Annual Results (31 Mar 2026), FY2025 Annual Report (29 Apr 2026), FY2026 Interim Results (29 May 2026), FY2026 Interim Report (8 Jun 2026) and FY2026 Annual Results (29 Jun 2026). Management therefore considers Resumption Guidance (a) regarding financial disclosures satisfied.

Operationally, the Group continues to run one restaurant in Hong Kong and two in Chengdu. On 1 Sep 2026 the Company signed a tenancy agreement to open a new seafood hotpot outlet in Tsim Sha Tsui and is actively scouting additional Hong Kong sites to expand its network. The Board states that these activities demonstrate compliance with GEM Listing Rule 17.26, which requires sufficient operations and assets for continued listing.

Since trading of CBK Holdings’ shares was halted on 2 Jul 2025, the Company has issued regular updates and believes it has met the disclosure expectations set out in Resumption Guidance (c). Nevertheless, the trading suspension remains in force until all resumption conditions are fully satisfied. Investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
