H-share buyback • Zhaowei repurchased 42,100 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 38.44 to HKD 38.92, spending HKD 1.63 million in total (average HKD 38.82 per share). • The transaction reduced outstanding H-shares by 0.16% to 26.06 million and lifted treasury stock to 688,700 shares. Total issued H-shares remain at 26.75 million. • Cumulative repurchases under the 22 May 2026 general mandate now stand at 688,700 shares, equal to 2.57% of the company’s outstanding H-shares when the mandate was granted. A-share issuance • Separately, 20,000 A-shares were issued on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange following option exercises under the 2024 Share Option Scheme at RMB 42.04 per share. • The new issuance represents 0.008% of Zhaowei’s A-share capital, raising total A-shares in issue to 241.18 million. No new A-share treasury stock was recorded.
