Homeland Interactive Executes HK$93,800 On-Market Share Buyback, Boosting Treasury Stock to 22.03 Million Shares

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (Homeland Interactive) disclosed that it repurchased 70,000 ordinary shares on 21 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at HK$1.34 per share, for a total consideration of HK$93,800.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.01% to 1.26137 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 22.03 million. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1.28340 billion.

The repurchase was made under the mandate approved by shareholders on 12 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 127.45 million shares. To date, Homeland Interactive has repurchased 13.14 million shares, equivalent to 1.03% of the issued share capital outstanding as at the mandate date. All shares bought back so far, including the latest tranche, have been retained as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Homeland Interactive is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling/ transferring treasury shares until 21 October 2026.
