Hopson Development Holdings Limited (Hopson Dev) disclosed a new timetable for its outstanding financial statements, citing slower-than-expected completion of audit and financial reporting procedures.

Key points:

• FY-2025 Annual Results: Publication now targeted for mid- to end-October 2026, versus the prior end-September estimate. Despatch of the FY-2025 annual report will follow.

• 1H-2026 Interim Results: Release expected by end-October 2026 or shortly thereafter, as the interim figures depend on finalisation of the FY-2025 numbers.

• Internal Control Review: Deloitte, appointed on 26 August 2026, has begun the independent review. Completion is now anticipated by end-October 2026, in line with the revised financial reporting schedule.

• Business Operations: The Group reports that property development, investment, property management, and infrastructure activities continue “as usual in all material aspects.”

• Resumption Guidance Compliance: Management will continue to 1) publish all outstanding results, 2) demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 13.24, 3) complete the internal control review, and 4) keep the market informed of material developments.

• Trading Status: Hopson Dev shares have been suspended since 1 April 2026 and will remain so until all resumption conditions set by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange are met. Further announcements will be issued if the timetable or circumstances change.
