Transwarp (HKEX: 06727) shares climbed more than 5% before the noon session, rising 5.15% as of press time to HKD 35.12, with a turnover of HKD 20.43 million.

According to a WeChat official account post by Transwarp, the company recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Worldmatics, a technology integration and solutions provider based in Turkey, in Istanbul. Transwarp currently maintains overseas branches in Singapore, Canada, and Malaysia. Following the Istanbul signing, Transwarp's technology and services will further extend into the Middle East market.
